Mark your calendars for the 3rd annual Fleur-de-Lis Celebration Dinner, to be held Friday, September 27, 2019. The Fleur-deLis Award will be presented. French cuisine and tenor Brad Benoit's French songbook will create an enchanting evening. Proceeds aid the restoration of Bourbonnais Grove's Log School House (1837-48).
Jori Walters, Chair of Perry Farm Living History Advisory Committee, presented the award to Norma Meier, Kankakee French Heritage Museum volunteer and genealogist, at the 2nd annual Fleur-de-Lis Dinner on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at the Kankakee Country Club.
